Gautam Malhotra is the Founder of FuelBuddy, India’s pioneer & the largest Doorstep Fuel Delivery company. His vision is to digitize and democratize the fuel and energy industry in India, and FuelBuddy is expanding its focus to address the rural and agricultural fuel supply chain. FuelBuddy has earned numerous national and international awards, including the reputed “Prestigious Brands of Asia.”
Gautam, a distinguished industry veteran with 17 years of experience, possesses a diverse skill set spanning Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Mergers & Acquisitions. He is a recognized TEDx Speaker and the recipient of the esteemed Economic Times Leadership Excellence Award in 2022. Gautam leads the business strategy and alliances division of FuelBuddy and has swiftly become a renowned figure in the corporate world since his entry into the diesel fuel delivery industry.
Every project led by Gautam reflects his unwavering commitment to delivering excellence. In addition to his own ventures, he is involved with various brands, such as Mama & Peaches, Finocial Information Systems, ScrapX, TPPI (The Pink Post Inc), and Techworks, as an Investor and/or Strategic Advisor. He is also an active investor and financial advisor.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Gautam has a passion for global travel and nature. He enjoys engaging in sports, reading books, and creating dioramas. Gautam holds an MBA with honors from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK. He has specializations in Operations and Strategy from Indiana University, US, and IIM-Ahmedabad. He completed his undergraduate studies in B.E. (Computers) from the University of Pune. Gautam has also delivered guest lectures at various institutions, including ACMA and ISB, Hyderabad. His core strengths lie in Strategy, Finance, M&A, Investments, General Management, Operations, and Supply Chain.
